Synopsis:

The subject is based on the Decree No. 424/2004 Coll. that the activities of health workers and other professionals.

The course is practical learning activities and use of theoretical knowledge in the care of patients. Another aim is to gradually adapt to work in your chosen field, working to learn the procedures for treating patients.

Practice will take place in a block of 3 weeks (8 hours daily), at workplaces that provide emergency care and having the character of acute admission.

Department of burns, intensive care, neurology department of anesthesiology and resuscitation department.

Care of the burned area, first aid for burns, burn shock.

Cerebrovascular diseases, monitoring of brain function, brain death.

Caring for patients with failure of vital functions, extended cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Study Objective:

The goal is to acquire practical work and students use their theoretical knowledge in the care of patients.

Another aim is to gradually adapt to work in your chosen field, working to learn the procedures for treating patients.
