The aim of the course is to provide a basic overview of issues in human resources, as an aspect of all kinds of management. This is an introduction to personnel management, embracing the whole breadth of HR management and taking into account the aims, strategy and culture of companies. The course deals with basic concepts of HR management and directing working teams; communication in teams; planning and strategy for HR; and, finally, ethics related to human resources and company culture (as well as trancultural differencies). A presentation of current amendments to the Labour Code. The course includes training exercises and simulation games, oriented toward feedback and experience.
