Synopsis:

Legal relationships concerning carriage. Intergovernmental agreement on international carriage. Contracts on passenger and freight traffic. Forwarding contracts. Liability and rights based on carrying contracts. Carrying order. Contractual carrying conditions. Guarantee of a carrying contract by more operators. Internationally accepted commercial terms INCOTERMS. Producing statistics INTRASTAT. Tariffs and calculation of prices.

Requirements:

Knowledge of subjects: Introduction to law and Transport technology from the previous bachelor studies or their equivalent.
