Synopsis:

Quality, personal quality, A + 1 level of personal quality, system approach in the HRM, assessment processes, staff selection within various transport types, assessment centre, feedback as a HRM tool, personnel perception, personnel leadership and communication, cooperation, communication dyad, cultural anthropology and the labour market.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of psychology and the role of human resources management.

Study Objective:

To extend the scope and understanding of given problems, tied together with the introductory part of the course. Training of treatment of model situations and roles by a simulation game within the human resources leadership management.

Owing to fast changes of these problems the recommended literature will be updated at the beginning of each term.
