Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road

Synopsis:

The managing and executive workers of shippers, road carriers, of forwarding and other companies in the road carriage of dangerous goods, except of the drivers of road vehicles with the total mass less than 3,5 t, must according to the valid law regulation, i.e. the law No. 111/1994 Sb. and the European agreement on the international carriage of dangerous goods (ADR), go through a legal training with the contents forming the content of this course. Without this training former workers must not partake in the management, organization and operation of carriage of dangerous goods subject to the ADR agreement, neither in the interstate nor in the international one. After passing out this course the students obtain the certificate with international validity.
