An introduction is devoted to the concepts of System Engineering and System Theory . Models and analyses of systemic features, means of detection of systemic characteristics. Fundamental tasks of SA, identification, decomposition, boundary and structure of systems, system behavior, processes, genetic codes, decision-making processes, diagram characteristics, fuzzy sets/equations, cluster analysis, formulation of states under high degree of uncertainty, soft systems. Basics concepts of Cybernetics and Theory of reliability.
