Basic overview of electronic communications (telecommunications, broadcasting, ICT). Legal construction. Relation of legal instruments available in the Czech Republic to the EU regulatory framework of electronic communications 2002.

Study Objective:

Knowledge of legal construction of electronic communications regulation (telecommunications, broadcast, ICT) and the protection of competition in industry.

Relevantní právní předpisy ČR a Evropských společenství (předpisový

rámec elektronických komunikací EU z roku 2002, zákon o elektronických komunikacích a

prováděcí předpisy, zákon o provozování rozhlasového a televizního vysílání, zákon o ochraně

hospodářské soutěže)
