Anotace:

Principles of Project Management. Project Life Cycle. Project Framework. Project phases: Initial, Construct, Delivery and Support. Organizational project structure. Strategic management: SWOT, PEST and 5P. Project logic frame. Project schedule, GANTT, PERT. Process modelling. Management of risks and knowledge. Standards and norms. Human resources management. Funding.

Požadavky:

A student has to obtain a credit before an examination. To get credits student has to satisfactory finish his/her project. Additional information exists on the web page of the course.
