Synopsis:

Basics of electrical measurements. Principles of electrical measuring devices (both analog and digital), construction and switching-on of voltmeters, ampermeters and ohmmeters. Osciloscopic measurements. Electrical methods of measurements of non-electrical quantities, converters of non-electrical quantities.

Measurements of different electrical quantities in the form of practical laboratory tasks.

Study Objective:

Students will get acquainted with basics of electrical and electronic devices with special attention being paid to measurements of electrical quantities.
