Basics of electrical measurements. Principles of electrical measuring devices (both analog and digital), construction and switching-on of voltmeters, ampermeters and ohmmeters. Osciloscopic measurements. Electrical methods of measurements of non-electrical quantities, converters of non-electrical quantities.
