The students are acquainted with the possibilities of architectural modelling in 3D space using ArchiCAD software. Basic functions, principles and possibilities needed for the creation of architectural CAD models are demonstrated to students. They will practice the newly acquired knowledge on a sample of a 3D model of a family house or residential building during the coursework.

Students are acquainted with direct tools of the ArchiCAD for creation of vertical, horizontal and roof construction parts of the model of the building. Moreover they are acquainted with principles of indirect tolls - library elements, for 3D modelling of architectonic details.
