Synopsis:

The course provides an introduction to urban planning and landscape composition and theory as a basis for urban and landscape planning (the image of the city, the city environment, perception). Theoretical issues are supplemented with examples from history and examples of various urban analysis.

Study Objective:

The course presents a comprehensive view of urban and landscape design. Theoretical background and analysis of the quality of existing cities are a prerequisite for subsequent successful practice.
