Students become acquainted with common compositional principles and with effects influencing architectural form. The fundamentals are documented on a great amount of examples (historical and contemporary architecture). Students are led to deeper sensing of architecture, to designate compositional phenomena, ideas, contemporary dogma and creativity of an author. They are taught to find out and define compositional fundaments at first and then to apply them on a simple abstract architectural exercise.
