Solving of 3D geodetic tasks with a computer by means of the digital terrain model ATLAS. Basic system control, input conversion, generation and optimalization of a triangular network, implementation of obligatory edges, generation of a terrain model, solution of contours, creating of 3D terrain views. Applications of the ATLAS system (cubature, generation of terrain longitudinal and cross sections).
