- Study Objective:
-
The aim of the subject is the recognition of currently used insulation materials in building practise. Students will obtain information on the principles of their production, their composition and properties that limit and define possibilities of their application. Students will also get knowledge in typical applications of insulation materials for specific building structures including sources of possible failures. Students will master also knowledge in the field of material testing and designing.
