General and communal hygiene: hygiene evolution. Basic assignement of hygienic elements and their organisation. Hygiene of environment air, soil, water and hygiene of residential systém. Hygienic requirements for working environment: Work hygiene. Physical factors in working environment, temperature and humidity. Workplace conditions (ventilating and air-conditioning, air renewal, heating). Ligthing, Visual comfort. Heat, Thermal comfort. Antinoise measures: Antivibration measures. Noise effect on human organism. Chemical harmful substances and aerosols in working environment. Working environment security. Sewer hygiene and their removing: Sewerage water, solid sewer, water hygiene. People´s health protection and security and people´s health protection while working.
Epidemiology: Infection disease creation and spread, i.e. contamination of bacterial, virus and parasite origin. Disease evoked by their pathogenesis, invaders of these contaminations survey. Causes of creation and spread of non-infectious diseases, especially civilisation disease. Collective imunity, perception and resistance. Active immunisation (principle, use in curernt practice). Passive immunisation, inoculators. Inoculator safety, reaction after vaccination, contra-indication of vaccination. Vaccination programmes strategy. Epidemiological measures focused on source elimination. Epidemiological measures focused on transmittion interruption. Classification of health risks essentials. Methods and procedures of epidemiological monitoring.
