Development, methodology and method of psychology. Mental activities and psychic processes, psychology of personality, object of psychology and their formation and development. Modern psychology its concept and theory, psychic processes and stages. Psychological interpretation of personality. Application of knowledge in medical situations. Relation between technician and medical doctor, technician and patient, technician and nurse.
Communication as a tool for good cooperation amongst people and helps in interactions with them. Basic expression and communication skills. Use of elocution and gestures in personal expression. Verbal and nonverbal communication. Dialogs, types of dialogs, questions during dialog. Model situations. Communication process as part of economics - components, tools and functions.

2.Instigation of creativity, dominance, submission, zkouška pozornosti, thinking, spatial orientation.
3.Motivation of individual, wish, expectation, life values.
4.Male and female role concept. Leverage to another peoples.
5.Communication among the peoples and quick action with them.
6.Rhetoric - communication skills. Respiratory exercises.
7.Dialogue, types of dialogues, dialogue questions.
8.Conversation with healthy man /with handicapped man
9.Evaluation of the advertisement effect.
10.Conflicts and their solutions. Solution problems based within the groups. Mental hygiene methods, relaxation.
11.Prevention of the burn-out syndrome of the burn-out.
12.Balint´s groups.
- Study Objective:

To train and focus on practical basic skills of communication and presentation based on the knowledge of psychology. Managing basic verbal and nonverbal communication. Training on use of audio-visual facilities. Training how to deal with basic situations in contact with medical staff, patients and also in technically focused group during complex problem resolution.
