Defects of the building materials, mechanical, thermal, chemical and other impacts on the defect formation. Defect diagnostics. Testing equipment and machines, tensometres. Destructive tests of the mechanical properties. Non-destructive testing. Chemical analysis. Testing methodology for different materials ( concrete, mortars, steel, glass, wood, plastics).
