1) Office utilities (OpenOffice, Microsoft Office): word processing, spreadsheets, databases.
2) AutoCAD - Computer graphics, graphic tools, computer-aided design (CAD).
3) Other problem-oriented programs, user interfaces.
4) Information systems (IS), basic principles, what IS's are or are not.

Office utilities - Microsoft Word, Excel and alike, or Open-Office. Databases and information systems, basic principles. Computer graphics, graphic tools, computer-aided design (CAD) - AutoCAD. User interfaces. Problem-oriented programs. Computer-aided processes and activities.
- Study Objective:

Practical knowledge in effectively operating computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, AutoCAD,...) and data processing, notion of computer processing principles of various data types.
