Synopsis:

Therapeutic process (one of the important processes in health care). Therapeutic process is affected by the following effects: quality (prevention), legal standards, system of public health insurance (inspection physician, therapeutic stay in a spa , quality of human resources (nursing staff, medical professions, nonmedical professions), good laboratory and clinical practice.

Study Objective:

The objective is to make students familiar with possibilities of information acquirement for manager decisions in medical establishment government. General knowledge of strategic management is extended to diagnostic and therapeutical process.
