- Synopsis:
-
Modelling as a tool for structural design of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete structures. Simple and more complex structural models for conceptual and detailed design. Combination of particular models, modelling of cracks. Description of concrete members typical behaviour with different structural models (beams, walls, slabs). Models for plane loading, substitutive truss models. Verifying of proper reinforcement and reliability of a structure with a convenient model. Detailing. Possible failures and a failure mode of wrongly reinforced element.
