Method for Alternatives Selection

Synopsis:

The selection of the most suitable variant of possible variants for qualified decision-making of the future managers. The subject is focused on acquirement of necessary theoretical background and capability of applying the traditional multi-criteria evaluation and use of value analytical approaches at decision-making. Changeable variants of materials, constructions, objects, projects, technologies, construction bids and subcontractors are evaluated by means of progressive methods. Necessary software is available and moreover the applications can be individually focused according to the students? specialization and their bachelor and diploma theses.
