Course consists of findings from theoretical, methodological, and practical areas of managerial psychology and sociology. Deals mostly with social-psychological consequences of management, which is understood as leadership in managerial actuation. Emphasis is given on theoretical, methodical, methodological, and on various practical questions of creation and development of systematically perceived work with people in a company.
