Assumption of basic terms and their mutual relatioships in psychology. Selected problems in psychology of work and management. Psychology of work and management based on findings. Fundamental terms and mutual relationships in sociology. Selected problems in sociology of work and organisation.

Study Objective:

The objective of the subject is to make students familiar with modern management approaches that use findings in field of work psychology. This field is very important in terms of interdiscipline department.
