History of management,planning-putting plans together,types of plans,management by objectives,organisation-forms of organisation,organisational planning,corporate governance,human resource management,control,management infrormation systems,managerial background-basic skills,principals and nature of managerial work,self management.The course also focuses on modelling organizational architecture according to its likely development in the global environment,on the problem aspects of organisational behaviour,particularly in relation to organizational divisions and their activities,organizational problems and their solution,organisational diagnostics,models and management systems,reorganization,enhancement,rationalization and planning of management systems.

The course aims at providing participants with general introduction to management from the point of view of large enterprises,as well as of NGOs and charities and presentation of basic knowledge essential to performing managerial tasks.The course also provides an overview of the principal managerial conceptions.Participants willlearn about organisational and management tools used in enterprises.Participants will benefit from applying their knowledge of compulsory subjects to case studies which will lead to their acquiring managerial and organisational skills.
