The base of tuition is the general part of the administrative law. Students are acquitted with basic principles of administrative proceedings, with the process of administrative proceedings, with rights and duties of proceedings? participants, with the discretionary remedies and the regulation of administrative justice. Attention is further paid to the definition of public administration and its organization, legal guarantees, especially the right to access information. Concerning the special part of the administration law, the question of public constructional law and environmental protection is followed.

The main goal of this class is to get the students ready to orientate themselves in the practical experience, to make them familiar with their rights, that, they should have the possibility, as participants of a process, to always effectively appeal their rights, but also to be acquaint with the duties, which are necessary to respect.
