Synopsis:

The education starts with general part of administrative law and basic principles of administrative proceedings. That is followed by its more detailed explanation and interpretation of the constructional law. Students are also acquitted with questions of sanctions in public administration and of the discretionary remedies. Attention is also paid to the regulation of administrative justice. The ability to actively use valid law regulations in field is stressed.

Study Objective:

The main goal of this class is to get the students ready to orientate themselves in the practical experience, to make them familiar with their rights, that, they should have the possibility, as participants of a process, to always effectively appeal their rights, but also to be acquaint with the duties, which are necessary to respect.
