- Synopsis:
-
In the frame of the course the students create dynamic model of the building (residential, comercial,...). It is a degradation model of ageing. The students use mathematical/simulation method KSIM - MDM (Modified Dynamic Model). Next students create management strategy for the model. They can use internal interaction, external intervention, manager's decisions. The model is created in the VBA of the MS Excel. The scheme of the course is also oriented on simulation methods applied for managing and technological processes.
- Requirements:
-
Basic using MS Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
- Syllabus of lectures:
-
1. Dynamic model of the ageing of the building object.
2. Dynamic model creation, valuation of the inputs - basic description.
3. Model solver creation.
4. Management of the model calculation.
5. Management model.
6. Model finalization.
- Syllabus of tutorials:
-
1. Building object definition.
2. Dynamic ageing model - basic description.
3. Data gathering for the model structure creation.
4. Model structure creation.
5. Model solver creation.
6. Model solver debugging.
7. Management intervention definition.
8. Management intervention application.
9. Model change structure definition/application.
10. Model change structure evaluation.
11. Bachelor thesis enclosure making.
- Study Objective:
-
The goal of the course is presentation of the simulation possibilities in the frame of the speadsheet. The next goal is validation process of the manager's decisions. The final influences of the interventions cannot be clearly at the project beginning. We can use Modified Dynamic Model for the manager's strategy verification.
