-
The aim of this course is to provide students with a knowledge of the selected models for economics decision. We focus on linear models and for scheduling projects and project management.
- Requirements:
- Syllabus of lectures:
-
Economic models, classification-introduction
Mathematical modeling, linear models formulation
Transportation theory: MODI method, degeneration
Assignment problem, traveling salesman problem: Hungarian algorithm
Application of graph theory in economic:spanning tree, flow control, shortest and longest path in weighted graph.
Project management: CPM method
Project management: analysis of cost, allocation of resources
Project management: PERT method
Production scheduling models: EOQ, POQ
- Syllabus of tutorials:
