- Grading of the course requires grading of the following courses:
- Deformation and Failure of Materials (132PPMA)
- Lecturer:
- Petr Kabele
- Tutor:
- Petr Kabele
- Supervisor:
- Department of Mechanics
- Synopsis:
-
Students learn how to use models describing nonlinear deformation and damage of materials to solve practical engineering problems. Students also acquaint themselves with practical use of general purpose FEM programs to solve advanced problems of mechanics. The lessons take place in a computer classroom. Students work in teams.
- Requirements:
-
Passed exam in 132PPMA. Basic command of English.
