General relations traffic-area, general function of supply and demand, legislature, statute of road and highways, traffic nets and their principle, basic design fold-out, geometric design features derivate from geometry and dynamics of single car, capacity calculation of road section principles, sort and types of crossings,geometric design features, capacity calculation of crossings principles.

The student will be a conscious engineer in the field of transportation structures design. He will gain basic information in the area of roads and theoretical essentials of selected issues in transport infrastructure design: vehicle dynamics (spatial solution), characteristics of traffic stream (capacity), traffic modeling at crossings (capacity).
