Mechanics of point mass and deformable bodies. Discrete and continuous model of matter. Motion of a point mass. Oscillations. Rigid body motion. Material deformation. Elastic waves and acoustics. Hydromechanics. Thermodynamics.

The microscopic and macroscopic (continuous) description of matter. Motion of particles and rigid bodies. Gravitation field. Deformation of materials. Vibrations and waves. Acoustics. Hydrodynamics.Basic concepts of thermodynamics and kinetic theory of gases: solids and fluids, temperatures and heat tranfer, the first law of thermodynamics, kinetic theory of gases, the second law of thermodynamics and entropy.
