- Grading of the course requires grading of the following courses:
- Mathematics 1 (101MAT1)
- Lecturer:
- František Bubeník, Ondřej Zindulka
- Tutor:
- Ondřej Zindulka
- Supervisor:
- Department of Mathematics
- Synopsis:
-
The aim of this course is to introduce and
develop techniques of integral calculus of functions of one
variable and elementary ordinary differential equations. The
main topics of the functions of two and three vatiables are
covered. It deals with fundamental mathematical methods and
applications of these ideas to other disciplines (notably
geometry and physics) with the emphasis on solving simple
problems raised in these disciplines. The use of computers is a
focus throughout the course.
