origin and destination studies, traffic flow-basic theory,
capacity of roads, level of service, capacity of intersections
- non-signalized, with traffic signals, roundabouts, ramps of
interchanges, forecasting travel demands, trip generation, trip
distribution, modal split, traffic assignment. Main
characteristic of rail types (railway, urban and suburban
railway, tramway, underground, siding), principles of track and
construction design, alignment of lines inside and outside
towns, solution of interconnections, influence of rail
transport on environment and its protection.
