Synopsis:

The subject focuses on an introduction to the culture of law, to the law system and different law branches. It also explains the basics of the constitutional law, including questions about creation of laws and the judicial system. Attention is also paid to the local government, municipal agencies, municipal laws, rights of municipal citizen and the regulation of process in front of public administrative agencies. The private law in the lecture is presented by issues of legal subjects, legal realities, bounding law and material laws.

Study Objective:

The lectures focus on basic knowledge of juristic theory and basic institutes of civil law, administrative law and constitutional law. Its goal is to give listeners the bases of law culture, to give the preparation for easier orientation in civil life and the practical experience after finishing the studies.
