Synopsis:

Architecture of telematics systems, data collection and analysis. Traffic information systems. Classification of telematics, both system and functional. Navigation systems, safety systems.Electronic fee collection. Road tunnel systems. Risk analysis and risk management. Standardization in telematics.

Requirements:

Knowledge of principles of traffic control, traffic engineering, electronics and telecommunications.

Study Objective:

Relevant knowledge in the field of telematics, principles of its architecture and standardization, application of information and GPS navigation systems both in vehicles and on the road, classsification of safety systems; tunnel operation, including risk.
