The topic is the phenomenon of arts, or artistic artefacts, interpreted through the sociological approach as seen in classical and modern sociological conceptions. The social function of arts as a sociological theme. Reception of an artistic work and styles within the context of time (medieval arts, Renaissance, Enlightenment, consequences of the rationality of modern arts in artistic work including the recent post-modern arts). Modern design as creation of objects for contemporary style of life. Interpretation of basic aesthetic categories, sociological aesthetics.
