- Synopsis:

Chemistry and physical chemistry: Optical absorption. Spectrometry. Chromatography, electrophoresis, isotachophoresis. Mass spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, atomic absorption spectrometry. Electrochemistry, ion electrodes a sensors. Osmometry.
Biochemistry, hematology, immunology: Automatic chemical analyzers, blood particles counter and flow cytometry, automatic analyzers for immunoanalysis and the others techniques based on principle of detection reactions antigen, anti-matter, computer stand by analysis of findings of microscopic examination, fluorometers, luminometers, equipments for monitoring fail of blood clotting time. Acid-basic analyzers.
Biotechnology: Pressure vessels , biohazard boxes, water bath and cryostats, frigorific and freezing technology, deepfreezing boxes, lyophilisation systems, centrifuges a ultracentrifuges, laminar boxes, conductometers, pH meters, ultrapure water, inkubaton and CO2 inkubation apparatus, fermenters.
Molecular biology: Termocyclers, Real-Time PCR, DNA sequencer, analyzer of DNA/genotyper, electrophoresis, documentation systems, hybridization ovens, blotters.

Terms of credit: Attendance at laboratory training. Present properly elaborated protocols from laboratory training.
Terms of exam: Pass an credit. Exam includes test and verbal part.

Mastering of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills chemical and physical laboratory analytical technique, biochemical, hematological and immunological laboratory techniques. To get knowledge and practical skills in operations with laboratory equipment of biotechnological and molecular-biological laboratories. To take up with principles of bioanalytical methods in practice. Mastering of preparation and process of samples for analysis.
