The goal is to give listeners the latest information about the relationships and mutual influences between the education and economy (in light of national and international level, regional and local level). By understanding the effects of the economic efficiency of education in terms of both the individual (student), its future use (as the teachers, employers, the leading organization in education) and society (education of the population - regional, Czech and European dimension). Students also get an overview of the basic forms of management of educational institutions. Monitors cash flow problems in education, the types of resources, efficiency, skills, skills for managing individual processes in education (competence in the application of law, economics, organization of educational process at school, or even extracurricular activities). The following introduction to the nature of the economic effectiveness of education, including questions of measurability of results, return on investment, etc.. The focus of the analysis process is the funding of schools and school facilities, as well as individual influence on the economics of education - skill requirements and core competencies, issues of innovation and expertise in content management and training. Students also learn about specific forms of information management and funding of educational institutions, with differences arising from their legal status (schools and school facilities established by the State - Ministry of Education, regions and municipalities, the founder of private and church schools and school facilities). They will learn basic procedures in the creation and implementation of the budget, the creation of budgetary funds and possibilities of their implementation, experience in accounting, management and property management, inventory policies, as applied to the forms of species of economic activity, both the main and supplementary, with control issues activities in each level, issues of assessment and reporting activities. The goal is to get a basic orientation and overview of the economic context of the most common procedure applied in the educational processes of schools and educational establishments by the types, taking into account the responsibilities of these institutions under applicable laws and standards; získat basis for applying the competencies expected of the operator responsible for the management of schools, school facilities as well as in economics education.
Access to education: The course focuses on the interpretation of terminology, education and economy, ie the educational objectives of developed countries, the European community and program goals for the Czech environment and economic goals, which seek to build an inclusive society that provides equal opportunities for access to quality learning Throughout the life of all people, and in which education is based primarily on the needs and requirements of individuals, to adjust their training and organization of the working life so that people can learn throughout life and able to plan to combine learning, work and family life. Stress while the two equally important challenges in education: promoting active citizenship and promoting employability.
