Synopsis:

Students in the course of lectures introduce the basic theses of the forms, methods and principles of professional organizations physical, tactical and technical přípravy.Naučí the methodology of interpretation and management of practical work, the basics of pedagogy, didactics and essential skills necessary for business activities of their security sborů.Budou explain the basic rules and laws for the management, assessment, training and motivation of human resources. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the managerial skills and knowledge of legal and methodological foundations of the issue, as well as scheduling jobs, managing and evaluating work performance, as well as solutions to relationship problems and conflicts in the workplace.

The essence of managerial functions of human resource management. Typical personal activities.

Appraisal, evaluation methods. Performance management. Staffing.

Selection methods, staff requirements for rescue and security forces.

Analysis of labor and human resources planning, the specifics of crisis management, process of adaptation and retention.

Efficiency works manager, the climate in the organization, conflict in the workplace.

Employee (working) relationships, quality of working life and its reflection in the work of the armed forces and rescue, and the specifics of the work demands placed on members of the armed forces and emergency

Development workers in the organization. Education and training of emergency and armed forces.

Pedagogical and didactic education of the principles, methods and forms of training, specialty training in specific environments.

Syllabus of tutorials:

Managerial functions of human resource management. Analysis of typical HR activities.

Metodya method of evaluation. Performance management. Staffing. Selection methods, staff requirements for rescue and security forces.
