The course will also focus on explaining the practical applications taught on issues of nuclear power plants. The basic premise is to get basic information about the specific contents of documentation processed by the licensee for the handling of VVZIZ (nuclear reactor) according to the requirements of legislation, organizational emergency preparedness in the Czech Republic, both the decision and their own performance level. The aim will be to master the method of applying the requirements of Czech legislation on the substantive content of the documents submitted by the designated government authorities for approval in relation to emergency preparedness and radiation protection at nuclear facilities. Will also include professional experience on nuclear facilities.

The goal is to provide students with detailed knowledge of current methods of radiation protection in the handling of radioactive substances and nuclear materials. Further documentation of application requirements for radiation protection
and emergency preparedness for nuclear facilities in the form of interpretation of legislative requirements and management documentation.
