Synopsis:

Teaching followed courses devoted to crisis management and legal frameworks environmental crisis management. The main emphasis is placed on the practical implications of current legal standards for individual public authorities, the necessity of implementation of tasks and measures in preparation for management of emergencies and crisis situations, where there is a threat to citizens' lives, their health, property, environmental and cultural values .

Requirements:
Syllabus of lectures:

Defence, security and protection. The security system of the Czech Republic. Security risks and threats, types of emergencies. Identifying risks and their possible consequences.

Crisis management, mission, principles, objectives, tasks and measures. System management of emergencies and crisis situations.

Analysis of basic and related laws. The tasks of the central authorities and other government authorities in implementing measures to prepare crisis management, the tasks of the counties and municipalities.

The basic function of the state, the importance of critical infrastructure in terms of crisis management. Stages of development and crisis situations, crisis factors. System safety advice, emergency crews and flood control commissions.

The specifics of crisis management in relation to potential sources of crisis.

Defense, crisis and emergency planning. Current problems of crisis management.

Development of a comprehensive risk analysis - tools, policies, procedures.

Tests of statistical data analysis of deaths in CR, processing a list of possible risks.

The tasks of the central authorities and other government authorities in crisis situations, Defense, crisis emergency planning

Tests collective solution to the crisis.

The aim is to familiarize students with the powers and tasks of state administration bodies and local governments at all levels of public administration in preparing to deal with emergencies and crisis situations, and after their formation
