Synopsis:

Introduction to sorption cycles, steam jet cycles and gas cycles. The main part of the refrigeration equipment and heat-technical characteristics. Control flow of refrigerant into the evaporator. Characteristics of the refrigerating equipment as an energy unit. The use of waste heat by refrigeration equipment and compressors. Heat pumps and their use in the heating system and in the heating the water. The influence of external conditions on the operation of heat pumps.
