Synopsis:

New trends in the area of e-communication services and relevant ecommunications networks, conditions and tools to provide optional set of services of required parameters based on hierarchal architecture of service management system (TMN). Positioning of broadband services, convergence trends leading to NGN. Financial criteria and tools as an integral part of providing service.

Requirements:

Basics of telecommunications - technical and regulatory framework skills, basics of system analysis, relevant mathematics and physics management and financial tools applicable in telecommunications business.

Study Objective:

Understanding new trends in providing electronic communication services, convergence process in the area of e-communications, the hierarchal architecture of management approach allowing services with defined quality and security.
