Synopsis:

Manager and his team, choice of team members, teamwork, leadership, training of communication and presentation skills of modern, operative and strategic planning and decision making, conflicts, motivation, decision support methods, organizing, organization structures, organization welfare, control, project management (focused on PPP), decision support systems in transportation (Highway Development and Management Tools).

Requirements:

Knowledge of business economics at the bachelor study level.

Study Objective:

The course is aimed at the training of soft skills and development of key competences of students as self-assertion and promotion of own ideas, the art of teamwork and leadership, the ability of independent decision making and operative and strategic planning. The course will use teaching methods of team cooperation and project form of education.
