Synopsis:

The goal is to provide students with basic information about the theory and practice of management and human resources necessary for important categories of performance management functions, human resources and people management. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the managerial skills and knowledge of legal and methodological bases of the issue, as well as programming jobs, management and evaluation of job performance, as well as solutions to relationship problems and conflicts in the workplace. In another part of the practice of human motivation, communication, marketing, personnel and leadership principles

Requirements:

Processing essay on an assigned topic. Demonstration of knowledge written test.

Syllabus of lectures:

Social role of a manager in human resources management, crisis management specifics.

The essence of managerial functions of human resources. Typical HR functions.

Guest workers, evaluation methods. Performance management.

Specifics of rescue and security forces.

Recruitment and selection process. Methods of selection, requirements for rescue workers and security forces.

Analysis of labor and workforce planning.

The process of adaptation and retention. Specifics of rescue and security forces.

The essence of the conflict. Factors affecting the development of conflicts within the organization.

Factors influencing organizational performance, effectiveness of work manager, the climate in the organization.

The development of the organization. Education and Training.

Employee (working) relationships and quality of working life.

Employee relationships rescue and security forces, their rules.

Specifics of work and the requirements of the rescue and security forces.
