The goal is to provide students with basic information about the theory, practice and use of management and major categories of necessary control functions. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the managerial functions of the planning process as well as the creation of organizational structure. In another part of the motivation of people practice, communication, marketing and strategic management principles.

The motivation of people, forms and methods.
Leadership, material management function.
Organizing as a prerequisite for the successful management of an organization.
