The course explains the problems of health care structure, its financial and legal context in Czech Republic and European Union. Further there are discussed legal aspects of development, implementation and utilization of information systems and development, production and distribution of medical technology.

3. Protection of public health, prevention of nosocomial infections, epidemiology, system of health care statistics.
4. Legal system in the Czech Republic, inclusion in European context, types of legal documents, legal acts.
5. Basic legal regulations.
6. Commercial code, contracts, tenders.
7. Authors´Act, Patent Law.
8. Legal aspects of development, production and distribution of medical technology.
9. Health care documentation, patient data protection, patient informed consent.
10. Legal problems of public health insurance.
