Course Psychology of work and organization contains the following: theory, research and practices in psychology of work, individual differences among people and their relationship to work behaviour, work analysis, monitoring of the effectiveness. Psychological basis for staff selection,emploees evaluation, analysis and modification of work behaviour, work motivationí, psychological aspects of personnel training, work under pressure.
