Synopsis:

New Trends in HR Management provides up-to-date information, explores the latest trends in HR management, makes the students familiar with key development areas over the past few years and provides an outlook into the near future.

Study Objective:

The objective of this course is to make the students familiar with the existing and future HR needs in companies, the role of HR management in current companies, the biggest HR management-related challenges and the advisable responses thereto, examples of HR developments in Czech companies over the last 5 years, global HR management, use of technology in HRM and key HRM focus areas in the near future, i.e. leadership development, talent management, etc.
