The objective of this course is to provide the students with a basic insight into s into staff education and performance management. The graduates will be familiar with key training functions, will be able to analyse companies' education needs, formulate education goals, set up action plans and design training methods. Staff training and appraisal systems in companies require the ability to perform calculations of costs as well as potential benefits of staff education.
